Hello, I'm Rajdi.

Pause Mediclinic is my baby! After a decade of working within the aesthetic industry, a major health scare in late 2020 forced me to reassess my goals and aspirations. This realignment of values led me to pursue and create a space dedicated to empowering others.

I am honoured to work alongside a team of experienced and compassionate professionals who share my passion for patient care and outcomes.

My career in nursing spans more than 30 years, and it is endlessly rewarding. I have had many diverse roles in hospital nursing, including nurse management, state-wide policy development and lecturing for graduate diplomas. I have managed a leading training college delivering clinical education in dermal therapies and aesthetic treatments. Within the aesthetic industry I have been fortunate to work with two leading Plastic Surgeons on the Gold Coast, Cosmetic Physicians in both Brisbane and the Gold Coast and leading Aesthetic Clinics within Queensland. I love to learn and share knowledge and continue to grow clinically through working as a clinical trainer for a leading biotech company and mentoring other clinicians within the industry.

I have a Bachelor of Nursing, Masters in Clinical Nursing and a Graduate Diploma in Cosmetic Nursing.

Hello, I'm Sheniah.

I’m a Registered Nurse with over five years of experience in the aesthetic industry and more than ten years in primary health care. My journey actually began as a makeup artist, and that early love for enhancing natural beauty inspired me to study beauty therapy and eventually pursue nursing. Along the way, I discovered a true passion for skin health and aesthetics.

I take a careful, considered approach to every treatment, with a strong focus on detail, honesty, and patient wellbeing. Building trust is incredibly important to me, and I’m committed to supporting each person’s unique needs with heart-centred professionalism.

My goal is always for you to feel truly listened to, supported and at ease with me.

James Denton

Hello, I'm James.

I have been a Nurse Practitioner for over 16 years, bringing a depth of knowledge and a calm, confident approach to patient care. My career began in emergency nursing, where I developed strong clinical judgement, resilience, and a passion for helping people in critical moments.

My work took me to Papua New Guinea, where I provided emergency retrieval services — an experience that strengthened both my clinical practice and my commitment to delivering care in challenging environments. From here I transitioned into general practice nursing, continuing to expand my skills while supporting patients across all stages of their health journey.

Today, as Pause’s Clinical Prescriber, I combine my extensive clinical background with a warm, grounded presence. I value patient safety, honest guidance, and evidence-based care, ensuring every treatment plan is tailored with precision and genuine care.

With a career shaped by diverse experiences and an unwavering dedication to patient wellbeing, I am proud to support the Pause community with integrity, and heart.

Abi Chow

Clinic Manager & Dermal Therapist

Hello, I’m Abi.

I’m originally from Adelaide, moving to the Gold Coast via Sydney to be closer to my family. My background spans administration & HR, operations, and dermal therapy, and together these have shaped my dedication to delivering the full patient experience.

I’m currently completing my Bachelor of Applied Health Science in Clinical Aesthetics, and I’m incredibly passionate about the aesthetics industry as a whole. I’m also a self-confessed skincare and wellness nerd — I love sharing my knowledge and experiences with others.

You’ll often find me at the front desk greeting you as you arrive, or on the other end of your calls and emails as your Clinic Manager. My calm nature is at the heart of my patient-centred approach, and I have loved getting to know and grow the Pause family since joining the team in May of 2025. Just as every skin is unique, I believe no two patient journeys are ever the same, and I’m honoured to be a part of yours here at Pause.

Hello, I'm Aliana.

I am a Skin Therapist with a deep passion for helping others feel good in their own skin.

My love for skin and beauty began in my early teens, during a time when I personally struggled with acne and scarring. What may seem small to some had a significant impact on my confidence and the way I saw myself. That experience and self limiting thoughts that I had about my appearance became the foundation of my dedication to understanding skin health and the power of treatments.

Throughout my own skin journey, I discovered a true passion for therapies that allow others to step out into the world feeling a little more self-assured. I am incredibly grateful to be part of this industry and to do the work I’ve dreamt of doing for so long. It brings me genuine joy to help others take a moment to ‘pause,’ reset, and care for themselves.

My goal is to support, educate, and inspire every person I meet in clinic to feel their very best.

Julie Bradford MD

Hello, I am Dr Julie.

As a medical practitioner I have over 30 years of medical experience, specialising in evidence-based, non-surgical aesthetic treatments tailored to individual needs. I hold a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from the University of Queensland and I am proudly a founding Fellow of the Cosmetic Physicians College of Australasia.

I have completed advanced international training with Merz Aesthetics and have educated fellow physicians in non-surgical rejuvenation techniques both in Australia and abroad. My treatment approach emphasises precision, balance, and natural results, with every recommendation grounded in safety and respect for facial harmony.

As part of my practice I provide a confidential environment for personalised care. All treatments begin with a comprehensive medical consultation to assess suitability and discuss options.
